Publicis Groupe Benelux launches an Interchange Program to welcome the best talents from the group around the world

The creative teams will work remotely for three months on real local and international briefings and be coached by Benelux (Belgium&Netherlands) CDs, ECDs and CCO Eduardo Marques.

The world has changed since the pandemic hit, but there is a silver lining: new opportunities have arisen. Publicis Groupe Benelux is opening its doors to teams from other Publicis Groupe agencies around the world. Giving them the opportunity to have new experiences, work on new clients and explore new ways of working in an international environment.

The teams will be based in their country of origin but work full-time for three months under the Benelux flagship. Their salaries will be paid by the new office, giving their original agency the budget to have a freelance replacement for that period. A wonderful opportunity for creative talents to experience the benefits of Publicis Groupe firsthand.

The first team joining the program on the 2nd of August is from Talent Marcel Brazil. “Rafael Lopes and Jones Stecca are just amazing, their energy is contagious and their ideas are really special, so I am very grateful to have them here for this period. I hope they enjoy it!” says our CCO Eduardo Marques.

The Interchange Program is not only a way for Publicis Groupe Benelux to get amazing new talents onboard, but also a recognition and reward program for the agency that’s offering them this unforgettable experience abroad.
