House hunting can be a stressful experience. In fact, it’s considered to be one of the 10 most nerve-wracking moments in life. So Publicis Groupe and Zimmo found a way to make the process a lot smoother through a new feature in the Zimmo app.

The case study

On the journey to finding your dream home, there are already a whole lot of obstacles to overcome: affordability, proximity, neighbours, and surroundings. To address these challenges, Publicis Groupe developed a new tool for Zimmo – a smart system that maps your preferred properties onto a single route.

With this tool, you can explore your potential dream home on foot, by bike, or at your own pace, immersing yourself in the neighbourhood along the way. The presence of nearby amenities like a bakery or primary school can enhance the appeal of a property and make it feel more like home.

The new tool is introduced by four characters in the distinctive Zimmo style, each following their personalized route. You can spot these characters, brought to life by Kingcoma, on TV, in print, online videos, or on social media. Oh, there’s also a radio spot that you can hum along to while you’re on the way to your new dream home.
