For many Belgians, entertainment is a way to unwind after a busy day. Orange Belgium and Publicis Groupe are launching a campaign that shows entertainment can do more than filling your time, it can be transformative.

The case study

For the first time, Netflix is part of Orange’s mobile, internet, and TV packages. Wherever you are, however you like to watch, Orange brings Netflix to you to experience the power of entertainment without limits.

This campaign shifts the perception of entertainment from passive watching to something that adds real value. With a playful, relatable tone of voice, full copy campaign like no other that highlights powerful connection between what we watch and the inspiration that movies, anime, series, cartoons, and documentaries can spark.

‘We wanted to demonstrate that everything we watch can become a source of inspiration for what we experience, to show that entertainment can be part of our identity. For example, if my daughter knows about 80s music, it may also be because we’ve seen all the seasons of Stranger Things together,’ explains Naïm Baddich, Creative Director.

A campaign built for real life:

The new campaign meets people where they are, both physically and emotionally. Understanding that people don’t simply look at ads, they interact with them in a meaningful context, from metro stations to city centers, on out-of-homes, and across social media, thanks to a close collaboration with the media agency, Publicis, Orange and Netflix are bringing a tailored message to the places where people live, work, and move. With creative, context-driven ads, each element of the campaign is designed to resonate with life’s real moments, making entertainment feel relevant and accessible, with a touch of humour created by the offbeat between the problem and the proposed solution.
