Parents under pressure: How to make your baby sleep like an angel
Sleep is a necessity. But what if you, as a young parent, can only dream of sleep? Team SHIFT, experienced moms, and sleep coaches, provide sleep tips and advice for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers (0-5 years). The result: a child who enjoys going to sleep, & a well-rested family. During this 2h session you will get insights on sleep, learn how to create a safe and optimal sleep environment and sleep routines for you and your baby. The session ends with practical sleep tips.
