Publicis Groupe Belgium is delighted to announce the arrival of Monia Kayila as its new Head of Production. With more than twenty years of experience in the sector, Monia brings to the group a unique blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and innovative drive.

Monia began her career at BBDO, where she laid the foundations of her expertise by combining production with creative excellence. She then spent more than eleven years at Serviceplan Group Belgium, where she held several positions before becoming Managing Director of Serviceplan Make Benelux. In this role, she notably designed and implemented integrated production structures, launched an offshore production hub, and introduced processes combining efficiency, scalability, and quality.

In her new role at Publicis Groupe Belgium, Monia will be responsible for developing production in line with the “Power of One” strategy. She aims to establish integrated and flexible production models, open to new technologies and always guided by the people-obsessed culture that defines the agency.

“Joining Publicis Groupe was an obvious choice,” says Monia. “From our very first conversations, I felt the passion, openness, and commitment of the teams. The Power of One philosophy perfectly matches my vision: placing talents, brands, and consumers at the heart of our work, and collaborating to create coherent, innovative, and relevant solutions.”
