New Era in Creative Leadership at Publicis Groupe Belgium: Jan Dejonghe Appointed Executive Creative Director

Publicis Groupe Belgium proudly announces the appointment of Jan “Jean” Dejonghe as Executive Creative Director. With his impressive career and creative vision, Dejonghe will play a key role in strengthening the agency’s creative capabilities.

Bringing over 30 years of experience in advertising and communications, Dejonghe has built a strong reputation for crafting innovative campaigns for top brands. Most recently, he served as Creative Director at VTM, where he helped establish VTM Creative as a major force in the Belgian creative landscape over the past two years.

“The arrival of Jan Dejonghe marks an exciting new chapter for us,” said Davy Caluwaerts, CEO of Publicis Groupe Belgium. “We were immediately impressed by Jan’s innovative and human-centered approach, as well as his deep understanding of current market trends. We are confident that he is the perfect partner to elevate our creative offering, with a strong focus on local cultural relevance.”

In his new role, Dejonghe will oversee and unify all creative disciplines at Publicis Groupe Belgium, including design, content, influencer marketing, and public relations. By breaking down barriers between these areas, the agency aims to deliver even more integrated and unique solutions for clients and audiences, both nationally and internationally.
