As a Productivity lead you are an active member of PMX management.

  • You use your profound knowledge of all media and of all revenue streams to leverage PGB's media revenue.
  • You are a money wolf. You understand and master financial streams of a media agency. You actively develop a future proof approach to grow revenue streams (AVB, variable remuneration, Apex). You constantly seek to deliver the most effective price and quality ratio to our clients and prospects. You develop the most effective value processes within the media agency.
  • You work on media pitches to define the best AVB rates and to counsel the Experts Leads about quantitative and qualitative KPI's.
  • You guard the productivity objectives of our clients. You have a final responsibility on productivity methodology and trackers. You guide the expert’s teams to deliver on these objectives. You challenge results and imposed guidelines.
  • You can organize a clear process to coordinate all parties and to make everyone involved to deliver effective work to meet or exceed KPI's.
  • You are a dedicated, motivating, and enthusiastic coach to your team. You bare the final responsibility on the global quality of the work produced within your team.



  • Proficient in Dutch, French and English reading, and writing
  • Proven track record of top performance measured against business growth, revenue, and other variables.
  • Solid expertise in both offline and online media
  • 3+ years with levels of responsibility within an agency or media company
  • Ability to navigate complex client needs as well as internal agency dynamics.
  • Acknowledge and commit to comply with our internal procedures intending to prevent bribery and corruption.

  • You know and understand the evolutions of the media market and applies this knowledge to guide KPI analysis & recommendations.
  • You have an eagle's eye for detail and are very analytical while always keeping the big picture perfectly coherent.
  • You take the necessary initiatives to optimize campaign results (together with the Experts team / with the vendors)
  • You seek to outsmart audits and exceed financial objectives.
  • Your technical knowledge and knowhow is recognized by experts, auditors, and clients.
  • You have a strong understanding of figures, an advanced knowledge of Excel and a result-driven approach.
  • You play a leading role in the optimization of NCR and Flex revenues from clients.
  • You work closely with Finance department & expert/trading & planning departments.
