In a new campaign based on the slogan, "Everyone has their favorite LU biscuit, LU has them all," LU and Publicis Groupe bring back those special and recognizable family moments.

The case study

To do so, they’ve packaged a series of 15-second videos in which each family member selects their favorite biscuit from a biscuit tin. This leads to amusing parallels between the family member and their preferred biscuit. The campaign also includes a competition, with the chance to win a personalized “It’s famiLU time” biscuit box with their family’s name and a year’s supply of free biscuits. The campaign features online videos, banners, and POS materials. It also benefits from the support of two well-known families. The Planckaerts in Flanders and the Frogers in the Netherlands add their own personal touch to the campaign on their social networks.
